Terms of Use

Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Jisr, a teaching-assistance platform for English teachers and their students. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

Service provider

Jisr is operated by Ayoub [Full name — TO BE COMPLETED], acting as an individual in Morocco. Contact: contact@jisr.ma.

Accounts and roles

  • Teachers: create courses, lessons, quizzes, and manage their students.
  • Students: access the courses to which their teacher has enrolled them; they do not sign up themselves.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

A teacher who creates accounts for their students undertakes to have the necessary authorizations, including parental consent for minors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform (overload, bypass of limits, reverse engineering).
  • Upload unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload (courses, lessons, documents). You grant us a limited license to store and display that content for the sole purpose of providing the service. The Jisr code, design and brand remain our property.

AI features

Jisr offers content-generation and grading tools assisted by artificial intelligence. These outputs are aids and may contain errors; the teacher remains responsible for verifying the content before using it with their students. AI use may be subject to limits depending on your plan.

Plans and payment

The service offers a free plan and paid plans. The pricing terms in effect are communicated at the time of subscription. During the launch phase, access may be provided free of charge or at a preferential rate to founding users.

Availability and liability

We endeavor to provide a reliable service, but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of data resulting from non-compliant use.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms, with prior notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
